Billerica police welcome new K9 officer to the fold

There is a new member of the police K9 team in Billerica, and she has brought along a friend. Rosie the bloodhound was a gift of the New Hampshire State Police and she is about 3 years old. Her new associate is K9 Patrolman John Harring’s family pup, 8-month-old retriever Tootsie Roll.
